Hello, so I have been trying to make a simple pizza dough substituting 1 cup (of of 3) of regular flour for a wholewheat one.
I let melt 1 pack of active yeast (the dry one in packets) in warm water, then slowly add the flour, salt and a little olive oil.
I let it rise ... Then I put it in the fridge overnight as I usually make pizza another day.
I think that part messes the whole pizza because when .i go get it from the fridge the day after the dough went flat ....
How can I solve this issue considering that I make the dough later in the day (around 3/4 pm) let it rise till 11 pm but make pizza the day after (dont have time to make the dough the same day).
