Make-ahead pizza dough

With four students living together, you can be sure that a lot of pizza gets eaten here. Instead of ordering in all the time, I'd like to make some at home - dough and all.

I want to make dough ahead of time and freeze it. Does anyone have a simple recipe for whole-wheat pizza dough? And should I prebake before I freeze, or thaw and let it rize, then bake?
