Most people are nostalgic about the pizza of their youth. I suppose that I'm as guilty as most. Sooo, maybe I'm a bit crabby: but, do you remember when pizza parlours came with guy in the front window tossing the dough? It seemed, at the time, yeasty tasting crust was part of the pizza experience. Doesn't it seem to you that in the era of frozen dough used by national chains the crust doesn't tsste as good anymore.
Help! Is there still good pizza to be found? Am I doomed to crust that has all the appeal of cardboard?
