Just got back from a short trip to Pittsburgh and I want to thank all of you who responded with your suggestions. We went to Isabella's and were very pleased with the setting, view and service, but felt the food was good, but not great- although I would recommend it to friends going to Pittsburgh- for the experience. We also had breakfast, this morning, at Kenny B's, on Sixth St, next to Ballys and the Rennassiance Hotel. The omelets were great and the scene was fun. A lot of the food is Cuban. Kenny and his wife were very friendly and generous with suggestions on how to make and what brand (Polir sp??) of Cuban coffee to get for home consumption. They serve food all day. Prices are great. Would like to encourage people to go there and also to let me know what they think.
