My local Middle Eastern grocery store has begun to stock the most wonderfully soft and pillowy pita bread. This is how the stuff tastes in the Middle nrrd no longer to tolerate the cardboardy tasteless commercial products you may have become used to.
The whole wheat and white flour rounds come from
Ross's bakery in SF. Ask your grocer to stock it. The stuff sells like wildfire.
