Best Pit Beef and Ribs in B-more

I just happened upon the best pit beef and ribs in baltimore. The name of the place is is The Canopy. They have a location on 40, on Ingleside, and somewhere up in Glen Burnie. It is hands down the best pit beef I've ever had. The pit beef is nice and juicy, with a wonderful smokey flavour. You can get it served rare to well done. I prefer medium rare or rare and it preserves the natural tastes of the beef as well as highlighting the wonderful smoke flavour, I think they may use some hickory for the smoke.
Also the ribs are excellent. The ribs are nice and crisp outside with the same wonderful smokey flavor and nice and juicy and tender inside. The sauce is a wonderful sweet and spicey tomato based sauce with hints of molasses and hot peppers.
Also the potato salad is awesome. A great mix of red russets, mayo, vinegar, onions, and spices. Its like a great picnic when you go here. The only dish that hasnt been the best was their cream of crab soup. Too much flour was used to thicken the soup. But other than that everything has been amazing. I recommend everyone go.
