what i dont understand is why enterprising chinese people dont start more mingolian bbq. who cares what the mongoilains or barbarians eat. i just love the bbq,.
for those who dont know what i mean
mongolian bbq is a "you mix the stir fry bowl"
first u get a big bowl add raw meat seafood and veggies along with spices sauces and everything u want to add in the bowl self service go up to the chef in the center of the room where there is a big griddle he cooks it by swirling the food on the circular griddle and walking across the circle to completeely cook it in about 1-2 minutes. YUM YUM.
my favorite was always lamb shrimp beef and lots of green peppers onions,shalloits tamoatoes ginger garlic soy saouce oyster sauce and a whole lot of other sauces. damn my mouth is watering
when its cooked u eat it with white rice. DAMN DAMN DAMN what wrong new york wake up and open a decent fast mongolian place soon . damn
