With all of the talk about Basque food and the impending opening of Gerald Hirigoyen's new restaurant Piperade, I decided to reserve a table for four on opening night. It is done. Any Chowhounds who would like to accompany me, are welcome to send me an email. There are three empty seats to fill. The only imponderable is when opening night might be. I understand it is going to be Sept 3rd, or sometime after that, but they will let me know.
