Thanks to Becca Porter I took a look at this recipe posted on a blog I hadn't seen before. As Becca reported, the blog is captivating and I'm hooked, slowly working my way through the archives so that I can read in real time. And those cinnamon rolls! I've been making them for years having learned at my mother's elbow and then, taking over the task for holidays when she was no longer able. This recipe is unusal in that it is a no knead bread and uses oil instead of the copius amount of butter that my former favorite recipe calls for. I thought I had the best recipe out there but these certainly match if not exceed them in quality and most definitely in ease of preparation. Can't wait to try them again and I certainly won't wait until the next special occasion.

Almost forgot. I'd love to use melted butter instead of veg oil. What will happen if I make that switch......any ideas?
