The ribs at Pioneer aren't bad. But the real reason for this post is the French fries, which are as good as any I've ever had in the city. Cut fresh, not frozen (you can even see their hand-cranked potato slicer mounted on the kitchen wall), skin-on, perfect texture, even the perfect amount of salt already added in the kitchen -- no further seasoning needed.
Best fries I've had in years and years. World-class.
