We were gifted a very large bag of pink peppercorns. They are a beautiful red/pink color and have a nice slightly fruity, slightly peppery taste. They are very delicate and sort of papery--more like a dried fruit than a black or green peppercorn.
Any suggestions for what to do with large quantities of these things? We are into baking, pickling/fermenting, brewing and all other sorts of cooking adventures.
