Please help. All I can recall is that as a child Nana made a drink for our family that included pineapples as the primary ingredient. I am not sure if any fermenting was involved. I do know that it was served cold as it was stored in the refrigerator. I think it was made and put in the refrigerator for several days before serving but not sure. I have tasted pineapple juice from all around and that is not what Nana served not even close. All I can add is that Nana was from Mexico. Does anyone have any ideas what that drink might have been and how it may have been made? Mexican Style Pineapple Juice/Drink?
