Pili Pili - Again

I've read the recent postings on Pili Pili, and had the impression that it was pretty variable, but my husband and I have had two meals there in the last three weeks and it was great each time.

The first time, we had a more-or-less Morroccan meal: entrees of the chicken tagine and the lamb mechoui (sp?). Perfect dishes in every way. My husband had the fish foup to start with (different than the bouride), which was wonderful, and I had the charcuterie plate (good, but nothing spectacular, although there was a very nice, fresh tasting chicken liver mousse).

This last time, we started with the snails and the crepe with salmon - the snails were good, the crepe was very good. My husband had the bouride (so good he wouldn't share), and I had the duck daube - a generous portion of moist duck with vegetables in a rich stew - delicious.

Service is very attentive and friendly, and the desserts are also well done. All in all, a favorite destination of ours now.
