My wife and I just returned from a trip through France. In this restaurant we had a memorable meal in Lyon, France. A woman next to us had the baked camembert as shown. Fortunately we only ordered the Quenelle de Brochet Lyonnais, each one was enough for two people. As this writer points out it's very difficult to describe fish quenelles in crawfish sauce other than to say they are very light and fluffy and a very rich culinary treat. Does anyone know where we can find Pike Quenelles in the Bay Area?
