What to do with a pig's foot? uncured pork belly?

I recently shopped at a Chinese supermarket aka Palace of Pork and bought all sorts of unusual items based on a vague memory that they were hard to find.

Of course, now I have a pig's foot split in half and a three pound piece of pork belly and have no idea what to so with them.

The six pack of quail, pork shoulder, and cool roast cut from the leg with skin attached, chinese sausage, and multiple duck legs I can handle. (Did I mention that I spent less than $70 and my cart included a live lobster? Yippee for cheap supermarkets.)

Any suggestions?
