I know this has been covered but can anyone tell me where to get a good quality pig (25-35 pounds) in Boston. I have done both Savenor's and the Butcher Shop (the latter is better) but am curious as to other options. Thanks.


PS- Any favorite cooking methods (outside of la caja china)?
