I am keen to have dinner at one of Pierre sang Boyer's restaurants while visiting Paris in October. There seems to be a 10 Euro difference in price between the Gambey and Oberkampf locations for dinner. Have tried to do some internet research but can't work out what the difference is...can anyone help?! Also, does anyone have experience of his cooking classes? Thanks in advance.
