I’ve been putting together my upcoming trip to Milan and Piemonte (mid-November) and I’m pretty amazed at how full everything is. People are clearly going out/traveling again. If you’re planning a trip, book early.
So far I’ve got Ratana and 28 Posti reserved in Milan. I might swap Ratana for Trippa but it seems like you have to be online at midnight exactly one week in advance to get a table. Not sure how much I like that. I sent a note to Contraste but haven’t heard back yet.
Piemonte is REALLY full. Osteria Veglio is full, Ciau is full, Guido is full, and several others.
Right now I’m hoping my table at Tre Case gets confirmed for my first night, I’m on the waiting list for Veglio. I’m waiting to hear back from Il Centro for Sunday lunch but I don’t have high hopes. I have a confirmed lunch at Bovio on my last day (Monday) before a late flight home.
I’d certainly love any other suggestions for places where I might still get a table. I’m staying in La Morra.
