Based on the recommendations from this board, I decided to try Pie in the Sky.
Had a little trouble finding it, its rather small. I knew where I thought it was but its closer to Shattuck than I thought, just west of Act I and II.
They have three pre-made pizzas (Sky, Son of Sky, and Cheese). They will add any topping(s) to the cheese pizza prior to oven reheating similar to Arinell.
I tried the Sky, Son of Sky and cheese. I really liked the Sky and Son of Sky much more than I thought I would. The crust was thin and crisp and the flavors really worked. I was less enthusiastic about the plain cheese. It had too much sauce for my taste. The crust didn't hold up to the amount of sauce. I am not sure if its always this way or just happened to be the pizza I had. I believe the Sky and Son of Sky do not have tomato sauce so the crust stays crisp.
For plain cheese I still like Arinell as they use very little sauce. But overall experience Pie in the Sky is better (friendlier, cleaner, and the Sky and Son of Sky pizza slices were great).
I will definitely go back.
