Some homemade pie crust made it into the freezer around Thanksgiving and has been in there for close to 6 months now.Even though I feel sad to throw it out, I am also afraid that any pie I make with it will have a disgusting freezer - burned taste.
How long can you freeze pie crust for?
Do you think I can still make pie/quiche out of it?
Are there any other, more forgiving things I can make with the dough that will mask any off flavors?
