Pie Crust - Help!!

I am using the CI vodka recipe and the crust is coming out great; nice and flaky. However, when I pull up the tin foil weight after 10-15 minutes it is sticking to the dough a making big holes in the bottom, which either burn or are very thin. The parts that don't pull up are perfect, but it is only 1/3 of the pie.
