I don't want to hijack the thread about the turkey sitting out for two days...

My husband thinks I'm nuts that I put the apple and pumpkin pies in the I the only that does this? it seems to me that they SHOULD be refrigerated... with all that moisture and the warmth in the kitchen, wouldn't that be a haven for nasty stuff to grow?

who else refrigerates their holiday pies?
