I've spent several days now pickling things, and having an amazing time. At the farmers market today i bought some "sour grapes" (that is what they are really called). They are crazy sour...but the lady told me they pickle up so you can use them as capers...they are about the same size, not sure if they are just immature grapes or what. ANyone know how the best way to pickle these bad boys are? I'd appreciate ANY help!
