Mr. Pickle's Sandwich Shop? (new in Santa Rosa) Any good?

Noticed on a jaunt downtown this afternoon that a new sammich shop has opened up on Fourth Street, kinda next door to The Sweet Spot pub. It's called Mr. Pickles's Sandwich Shop, and from the bit of googling I did, looks like it's a franchise type of place (many spots around California). Their website claims: "Mr. Pickle's Sandwich Shops serve high quality meats and delicious San Francisco breads, along with a choice of six different cheeses, and our concept of "Everything" (mayo, mustard, garlic sauce, lettuce, tomato, pickles, peppers, onions)". Before I hand over my cherished food dollars for a sammy, I'm wondering if anyone has any opinions on the place.
