First of all, a friendly hello to all of you as I am new to this Community.
Playing with Baby Dill Pickle juice out of jars, I added raw sections of Cooking Onions to the jar, filled that out with the pickle juice and nuked that to bubbling to have heat to vacuum seal the lid.
Do I need to worry about Botulism?
With the pickle juice (which would be a Vinegar) I would think not.
But I wanted to get some opinions before I try tasting them as they were NOT procedurally canned.
