Pickled Chinese Cabbage Recipe

The following link brings you to an incredibly easy and Very tasty recipe for pickled Chinese cabbage. It calls for simple ingredients which those cooking from the Dunlop books this month should have on hand. All the ingredients are dumped into a large zip lock bag, mixed and massaged to combine then the bag goes into the fridge until ready to use, which I did... but the cabbage can be used immediately as well. I'm using this mixture until I can find ready made pickled cabbage which I want to compare. Happy Cooking...
