Help me pick one in NYC: Ramsay, Ducasse, Boulud, Robuchon?

I'm a sucker for trying out big name/celebrity chefs. For my 40th birthday next month, my wife is taking me to NYC for 3 days of eating and shopping (coming from Toronto).

I'm trying to decide which one of the big chefs I should spend one of my precious meals on:

a) Gordon Ramsay at the London
b) Adour
c) Daniel
d) L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon

Wine lists are not a big issue for me, and service doesn't need to blow me away. But the food has to be top priority. I do have a preference for French inspired dishes. Of the 4 chefs above, I've only tried Boulud's Brasserie in Vegas and enjoyed it as well.

I've already tried some other big names in NYC from previous trips (Babbo, Bar Americain), as well had some enjoyable meals at EMP and Jean Georges.

BTW, the other places that I'm hoping to also visit on this trip include:
Momofuku ssam bar
Per Se or Le Bernardine
Spotted Pig

Prefer not to have meals that will have similar themes during my brief stay. Thanks!
