Help me pick my lunch spots

Hello Philly Chowhounders,
My schedule this semester has been giving me 1-2 days a week where I finish up at noon, and get to set out on my bike to eat lunch and explore the city. I’ve been taking advantage of it thus far by going down and finally eating at John’s Roast Pork, getting a cheese steak at Chubbie’s, returning to Cucina Zapata, getting some pizza at Pizza Brain (enh), and starting to make my way through the menu at Paesano’s. I’ve had some dessert destinations, too. Sometime soon, I’m going to take a ride out to the controversially (re)named cheesesteak place on Torresdale ave, as well.
I’m looking for some other destinations, though, to keep things new and interesting.
The criteria:
-Not in downtown proper, which I explore enough during normal times (NoLibs, Bella Vista, etc. are good);
-No table/waiter service. Eating at counters is fine, as are food trucks;
-It has to be someplace I can bike to. I start at Temple’s main campus. John’s Roast Pork wasn’t too far, but I wouldn’t want to ride too much further than that;
-It has to be someplace where it’s relatively safe to lock up my bike
-urban or urban-ish destinations preferred. So, someplace in upper darby is fine, but I’m not going to head out to Jenkintown or someplace like that.
Thanks for any advice/feedback,
