My friends and I held our annual celebration of all things pie this past Sunday (it's always held the weekend closest to March 14. This year we had 15 bakers and 21 pies: 6 savory and 15 sweet. Unlike Cake Day, we bake at home and bring our pies for sharing, because multiple people baking pies at once sounds like a recipe for disaster. :)
As requested on the What Are You Baking Thread, here's a run down of all 21 pies.

Grape and buttermilk panna cotta pie. Homemade grape jelly, panna cotta, sliced grapes. My friend thinly sliced those grapes by hand. We thought she was crazy.
Moroccan spiced vegetable pie. Gorgeous, impressive, and delicious.
Kabocha squash and creme fraiche pie. Like pumpkin pie, but glorified.
Stella Park's creamy lime pie. Lovely flavor and texture.
Montreal tart from the Duchess Bakery cookbook. A chocolate tart with maple, bourbon, and lots of fancy bits.
Fig and brown butter pie. Reminiscent of the best fig newton you could imagine.
Wild blueberry and basil panna cotta pie.
Steak and kidney pie. This was made a trained chef. It was so rich and savoury.
Pierre Hermes infiniment vanille tart. This was my favorite of the day.

Dorie Greenspan's blueberry corn pie. Blueberries and corn topping on a cheesecake-like filling and a cornmeal crust. Fun combination.
Coconut cream pie. Great creamy, fluffy, coconut-y goodness.
Passionfruit and hazelnut praline tart. Also made by our pastry chef. Also delicious.
My chicken bastilla.

Cinnamon apple pie. A classic with a gorgeous top.
Tiramisu tart. Fun and tasty -- tiramisu in a chocolate tart crust.
Sour cherry pie. Always a classic.
Kurnik -- a Russian chicken pie. Super impressive.

Chocolate amaretto pudding pie with meringue. The meringue was runny, but the pudding filling was amazing.
My Chez Panisse almond tart. Great flavor, but way too hard and hard to eat. Would not make again.
Chicken pot pie. Comfort food.
Malaysian beef rendang pie. YUM.
