PHX - Spanish grocery?

The cookbooks on the Home Cooking Board for June are Penelope Casas' Food & Wine of Spain, Tapas, etc, so time for me to stock up. I have a great on-line purveyor I order from all the time (Latienda.com), and know I can find some Spanish foodstuffs at AJs, Whole Foods, etc, but was wondering if anyone knew of a shop in the area that would have a large selection? I live up by Happy Valley, but I'm willing to drive.

Also, has anyone ever seen fresh Pimiento de Padron peppers for sale? I think the season just started. I usually order these from La Tienda but it would be great to find some for sale locally at the farmers markets, etc. Actually, would also love to know of any restaraunts who have them on their menus in the summer. Thanks!
