We have been addicted to the Phoenix for several years now but had a puzzling experience with the pasta we bought last week. I am wondering if anyone else has had the same problem. We bought ravioli and an extruded pasta and both were dreadful. The owners have not been there much and the employees probably are the ones who screwed this up. But both types of pasta? I find this very puzzling. I don't want to lose this fabulous resource but am hesitant to buy pasta there again. Has anyone else had this experience and/or know what is the matter?
