I picked up some pho and eggrolls to go from this (new?) Korean pho spot last night, and it will definitely go into my rotation for food to pick up on the way home from work.
I had the pho with brisket -- the broth could have been more meaty, but there were all the good toppings, Vietnamese basil and mint and cilantro and sprouts and onions.
Everything was well-packaged to travel and still hot when I got to Silver Lake, and it took less than 10 minutes for them to assemble everything.
Egg rolls seemed more Chinese style than Vietnamese, but they were freshly made and hit the spot.
There was no rare beef option, but there was chicken and shrimp pho available as well as other rice and noodle dishes.
I don't know how long this place has been there, but it looked brand new and sparkling clean, and it's open until 4 am. They have other locations in La Mirada and south of Downtown.
Parking tip: If you get there right around 7, there's plenty of street parking. If you have to park in the lot and you're just picking up a to go order, doublepark and tell the valets you're not staying long.
I left the menu at home and can't find the address anywhere, but it's in the big minimall at Sixth and Serrano.
