Tried this place today for lunch. It's been at least 3 successive pho/Vietnamese places over the years. The last incarnation - Pho and Beyond - was passable, and unfortunately the first place I knew it as - Nguyen Deli - was great for pho, bahn mi, and more.
This place has a full menu, including bahn mi.
The bahn mi is a bit bready, but good. It doesn't stand up to the better sandwiches at Eden center, but if you're in Herndon and have the hankering, it'll fill the urge.
I got a bowl of pho tai. I thought the serving was slightly small and the broth slightly thin, but overall it was a good bowl.
Pho Reston 75 still tops my list for pho in the Herndon/Reston area, followed by a loose tie of Pho 2000, Saigon 99, and now Pho Herndon, with Pho 75 (in the KMart center) bringing up the caboose.
