Pho Bac

I finally have tried this restaurant and I love this place!
Thanks Chowhounders for recommending it, I probably would not have tried it without your recommendations.
Last week I had the crab, mushroom, and asparagus soup and found it extremely satisfying. It was followed by the excellently fried spring rolls, and egg noodles with mixed seafood. We also had chicken with mixed vegetables, which seemed more like Chinese restaurant style but it was delish.
The week before, we had the sweet and sour soup with shrimp and it was like a revelation. All the ingredients (tamarind, tomato, basil, pineapple, and bean sprouts to name a few) playing off of each other.
We had another noodle and seafood dish as well.
Please give us more suggestions. Most people were eating pho, but I couldn't make up my mind which to order.
The waiters became very friendly after we made an effort to talk to them. I think that is the case in many places, especially ones that serve people quickly. It is certainly not a fancy place, but it is clean and food is delish and fresh, and a great value.
