A group of us went on a chow outing to Pho #1 in Catonsville last night.
The 23 of us were served enormous quantities of food. Standouts for me were the fried spring rolls, BBQ beef, pork and chicken along with some little rolled meat tubes with an onion filling, and of course, the pho.
This was the best pho I've had since leaving Oklahoma (where there's a huge Vietnamese community). Perfecty cooked noodles floating in an amber beef broth -- it was heavenly. I could have eaten that all night, although it was unfortunately the last thing we were served, and I was too full to finish.
Thoughts from anyone else who was there?
