Philly semi-romantic ideas needed

I like her. I like her a lot. Just starting to get to know each other. I want to take her somewhere romantic but not stuffy or overly screams DATE or nervous suitor (despite the truth). Low-key, not too expensive, dark is better than bright, quiet is better than loud, slow-paced and linger-worthy without being rushed out. Center City/Univ City preferred, Art Museum area especially or an easy run from there.

A recent not about food post delved into the nature of "romantic" restaurants and one of the conclusions was that romantic is what you make it- sandwiches in the park, at the right moment with the right person, can be perfect. Or diner coffee at 6am after staying up all night talking. Or a glass of wine in the mid-afternoon in a quiet bar. The magic is ineffable and impossible to quantify. But nonetheless even if the magic can't be "made" there are ways, at least, not to screw it up. (I hope.) Times of day suggestions are welcome. Thank you all, and fingers crossed through this long hot summer.
