Philly Hound Looking to Cook

doxiemom | May 14, 201512:18 PM     1

Greetings - I am a Philly Hound on my way for a Memorial Day Weekend. It's been several years since we were in the area, and during our last visit I regretted not taking advantage of an opportunity to take a culinary experience class, preferably hands on. I have been researching and talking to friends from the area, and gotten reccs for Mardi Gras School of Cooking, New Orleans School of Cooking, and Langlois. I would really prefer hands on, so am leaning towards MGSC, but can't find any pricing information. Has anyone has this experience, and if so - would you recommend and what is the ballpark cost? Is there another I am not aware of? Assistance is much appreciated!
