First report on the best steak frites. Since every body was talking about how great brasserie perrier's steak frites is, I figured I give it a try. When the server put the food in front of me, I was excited because it looked good. As I took my first bite I realized the steak was not seasoned. When the meat is lacking the salt, no matter how great the sauce and butter is it won't taste right. I am sure if they used the right cut of meat(hanger) it would taste much better. Let's just say I had many good steak frites and I was not impressed.
Now on the best croissant:
I tried the croissant from le bus and I didn't feel it was flaky enough. I like meil's pain au chocolat much better.
