Philadelphia--If you had to choose--Villa Di Roma or Mezza Luna

We've been to Villa Di Roma and loved it. However, we've also heard great things about Mezza Luna (especially about the gnocchi). Do you think Mezza Luna is worth a try? In your opinion is it better than Villa Di Roma? Ideally, we would like to go to both places when we're in town but our visits tend to be short, thus there's only time for one Italian restaurant.
Also--if you recommend Mezza Luna, what is the dress code and do you need to make a reservation? Thank you!
