Peter Luger Poll- Which is the best cooking temp?

Hey all, just wanted to play a fun little game. I am going back to my favorite restaurant on the planet once again in a few weeks- good old Peter Luger. Yes, the "Holy Grail" as I like to refer to it. So, which is your favorite way to get your steak for two, three , or four cooked?

For me I have seen it done every way- Bloody Rare, Medium Rare, Medium, and yes even unfortunately Medium well. I for one never ever have ordered a steak past medium rare, and most recently I ALWAYS order my steaks the same way- Charred crust on the outside, BLOODY rare on the inside. That all started with a steak for two I had last summer at Peter Luger. On previous visits I had always gotten it medium rare and while always incredible, the most recent meal I had was the best! So from now on for me It will always be CHARRED CRUST BLOODY RARE. For some, they may say a rare steak doesn't allow the fat to melt and bring out the true taste of the steak.... but I disagree this is truly the best way to enjoy a steak- especially at Peter Luger. But I will say this is the ONLY steakhouse in the world where I would even consider putting a piece of steak in my mouth cooked past medium rare. So fellow PL lovers and chowhounders what is your most preferred method???
