Chola's Restaurant, "Authentic Peruvian Food". Is exactly that. Opened recently, it's small, in a strip mall, and unassuming. The interior was decorated by one of the owners, using his own original art work. I had the lunch special, a well seasoned, grilled pork cutlet. Included were, a crisp salad, beautifully roasted yellow potatoes, rice cooked in a light stock, and Chicha Morada[Sweetened purple corn punch]. All at a cost $5.99. These people are pro's, and know what they are doing. Next time I'm going to have the, Anticuchos. "Two skewers of Incan delicacy "Heart Beef" seasoned to prefection, served with special hot sauce, potatoes, and corn".
