I recently ate without a reservation at Francesco's on Alcazar in Coral Gables. The atmosphere was pleasant, service, polite, and food delicious. My wife ate Parihuela, a simple Peruvian boulliabaisse, and I had octopus in coriander sauce. The tab was about $50 for both with wine. Since we often read about Salmon & Salmon, I am curious if any of you have any comparisons with this, El Chalan, Ceviche House, Delicias Peruana, etc.?
