Personal Chef-ing

I am looking for information on how to start out as a personal chef, either recommendations for books to read on the subject, or tips from fellow chowhounds/personal chefs on how to get going.
Specifically, I need to learn more about the following:
-how to charge customers
-how to market myself
-how much capital i would need to begin
and anything else anyone might want to comment on!
