Chowhounds in the Washington, D.C. area should check out Capsian Kabobs at 1321-C Rockville Pike. Their $6.95 all-you-can-eat lunch features chicken, beef or lamb, stews, stewed and fresh vegetables, two or three rice dishes, soup, salad, and fruit. Their fresh bread is warm, crispy, and chewy. The place is clean and the help is friendly. I just wish the lunch special was offered on weekends as well as weekdays. Enjoy!
