I was recently in Seattle and was delighted to discover Peroshkis--delicous Russian bread pockets, like pastis or calzones, but with a sweet, fluffy bread, sort of like Portuguese bread, and various fillings--meat, chicken, cheese, veggies--inside. They're a relatively popular food out there, must have seen three or four little shops in the course of a week. I'd never heard of them nor seen them in NYC but was sad to leave Seattle not knowing where to get them here. Please help me be reunited with my beloved new food! Thanks.
