I love rice. My wife likes it only with "sauce".
I'm also finding that at our altitude of 7,000+ ft, the best way (other than a rice cooker) to get good rice is to cook basmati, which is drier than others I've tried.
My Question:
I'd like ideas on a very quick way of saucing the rice - especially when reheating.
I've been adding butter and microwaving, but I want to try olive oil instead.
What else might I add that would substitute for a sauce.
I'd like to avoid preparing a separate sauce at this point...maybe we can discuss that in another post.
