I stopped in at Pino's in Cleveland Circle yesterday and a veggie pie had just come out of the oven. I had a slice and it was perfect. Wonderful bready crust, loaded with fresh tomato, peppers and mushrooms. Good sauce and cheese. Pleasant surprise, because I've always considered Pino's good but not great. This slice compares well to the best I've ever had, including those paragons of my youth at Tony's on 2004th Street in the Bronx. So, Hounds - what's your perfect slice?
