I just came back from a week in Paris, and while there i had some of the best potatoes I've ever had. They were addictive.
The proplem is that I cannot for the life of me remake them at home.
The potatoes were soft, sweet potatoes that we bought from a butchers when buying chicken from a rotisserie, the potatoes were at the bottom, in some form of juice.
Me and my friends were addicted and would love if some one could help me recreate them
