It turns out I have a lot more cabbage strips than I do Pozole! :)
Luckily, I LOVE cabbage!! YUM!! :)
I want to take the strips and boil them lightly for a side dish for dinner tonight. Usually, I'd boil them lightly (In a colander) and toss them with a bit of butter and serve...
But looking at our crowded pantry, we also have all these spices, vinegars and condiments that I'd LOVE to get creative with... Any ideas on what goes YUMMY with Cabbage? Should I toss the cabbage in it or should I add the spice/vinegar to the boiling water?
