Nooodles has got everyone on the Home Cooking board excited about making homemade Thin Mints, which recipe appeared in the 101 Cookbooks food blog. The recipe calls for peppermint extract, but the Girl Scout Thin Mints use peppermint oil, so now I'm on a quest for peppermint oil in SF in order to make the cookies this weekend as a fun project. I need "food grade" peppermint oil that can be eaten. Does anyone know where I can get it?
